So I have leveled a seasonal Necro to 70 and got DCed in the middle of a dungeon - game crashed (just for me, not my friend). Since then it said that the game version is not the same as the server’s, that I have a patch avaliable and I am now getting this error:

My game crashes right when I get in to the char selection screen.
I have scanned, fixed, reinstalled 3 times, copied files, unninstaled… practically everything.
Any ideas?
P.s. My last ditch effort was to put the game on another disc and it works now - NO idea why or how.
