Hey, Kewian! This can happen if there’s issues with the Blizzard Application connecting to the patch servers or if another game or the Blizzard Application is updating. Let’s try a few steps here to alleviate these concerns.
- Reset network devices
- Reinstall the Blizzard Application
- Try an alternative conncetion or VPN
- Reset the Windows and Router Firewall
- Check the storage space available on the hard drive.
Note: Blizzard games are only supported to run on internal NTFS formatted drives. If this is being installed on an external drive or a drive format other than NTFS, such as exFAT or FAT32, please try reinstalling the game on a different drive.
