My wizard was fine until I reached level 49 now he keeps getting slowed and when I attack or use skills sometimes there is no attack animation and he isn’t dealing damage or maybe barely any or there is attack animation but he still isn’t doing any damage. But he still receives damage. This is diablo 3 on the ps5 and he is a seasonal character for this current season. Thank you.

One Specific Seasonal player running in super slow mode

Running a seasonal female monk in d3. Just yesterday she started running in super slow motion, I believe once she hit 60th level. The slow motion is not jumpy or laggy, just very slow. No issues at all with any other character, seasonal or regular, including another monk. The slow motion only happens when getting into a battle with multiple opponents.

18) Character Moving & Attacking Very Slowly
Please check what you are equipping and what each item does. Some items have negative effects. If your character is moving and attacking very slowly then you have the Stone Gauntlets equipped which when you get hit, will slow your move speed and attack speed but you gain armor stack.

Stone Gauntlets provide a benefit (increased armour) and a penalty (the slowed movement and attack speed). The intention is that you’re expected to utilise other items or abilities to remove the penalty but keep the benefit. For example…

1. Equip or Cube the Ice Climber boots
2. Use an Invigorating Gem at Rank 25 or higher
3. Maintain 100% up-time on your class’s uber-ability, e.g. Wrath of the Berserker on a Barbarian, Akarat’s Champion on a Crusader, and so on.
