Last post we got a reply, promising us, that they would look into things.
Over 10 days with no answers or any help.
This issue might be for muted players only, but I got no email or anything saying I would be locked out of the game entirely.
We need an answer to this. Is this going to be fixed and when?
It should not take over 10 days to fix this , or at least keep in contact and tell us something.

We do not have any updates to provide I’m afraid. We have sent the issue up to our Diablo 3 team and they are still looking into it.
Lets keep the discussion in the main thread so the topic doesn’t get split. We will update that main thread with any new information that we get.
