Would these two items help the h90 build? Auto freeze and extra dmg.

RH proc damage is irrelevant. FB would be of some help, but current placeholder items for corresponding slot, ring (Bom or CoE) or DD’s are much better.

No. This is a combination many classes have considered and it just does not work.
To be fair, its worth playing with on the basis of seeing just what the top end is on the build with the highest amount of attacks and attack speed in the game.
That combo only works for IK and LoN(D) variants.
