I like the fear mechanic, but DRs on fear really make it hard to work with. there’s some really cool interactions with Fear, but unless you’re doing something like: Feared enemies take 300% more damage for 30 seconds, it rapidly becomes moot. I don’t think the 2 piece is functional as-is. It might be functional if Fear bonus damage persisted for significant amounts of time.
Really cool if Larceny and Pandemonium ring were the BiS rings for this set; I’d like to see useless items like this revamped into functional, desirable items. That should be the goal.

BTW, I see they’re trying to quiet you in the DH thread over in GD. Guess the alts are really coming together!

Yeah, pretty sure he now has enough Alts to just flag people who call out his hypocrisy into oblivion.
That’s ok, I’m not even going to bother responding. Everything that gets posted now that isn’t advocating for buffs to weaker classes, I just auto flag as trolling.
That’s the right approach, I think. No point in fanning the table fires.

That is not how the flag system works. Blizzard has the IP/physical location of posters. If multiple alts are used to flag an account that would be considered false flagging and lead to an account action. Disliking a poster and flagging all their posts (or the majority) is false flagging unless the posts break the rules.
maybe I am missing something. At 10 stack which wont take long to get. Maybe a few seconds and assuming the RG has no adds. Frenzy alone will be hitting multiple times a second. Your saying around 6 times per second or more. Bastions will hits an extra time for every stack every hit. Thats 60 times per second based on your assumption of 6x per second. By my math that is alot less then 15 minutes. More like 100 seconds!!!

Read my post again, that part is covered.
All those extra hits will probably either have proc rate 0, and will never proc stricken, or will happen before the icd has elapsed, and won’t proc stricken. I think you can assume 6-7 stacks per second, which is still pretty good!
I just don’t see Fear working in GRs.
GRs rely entirely on grouping enemies and mowing them down as fast as possible, which is the antithesis of relying on a crowd control that sends enemies running away.
And so if Fear doesn’t work…why use this set over IK or LoN/LoD?
