While wearing Shame of Delsere, what is your pick speedy electrocute fun?

Fragment of Destiny
or
Echoing Fury

I have an EF that really gets fast in large crowds but doesn’t hit near as fast on single targets at FoD. While the EF is really fast in crowds, I don’t know if it’s quite as fast as FoD.

Thoughts?

Echoing Fury is great once you have killed something.

Fragment of Destiny is good to get you to that point.
