The first time it happened I said ‘well, that sucks.’
It’s happened again. This time I lost mostly ancient gear, do we know a fix or work around for this console bug? I know it was a thing in the past, but I hadn’t seen any recent bug reports on it.

- Click the "Category" field to bring up a list of D3 Forums. (See image below).
