FMOD issue still not fixed

So, the only viable solution for HC players is to replace the FMOD dll.

There are two other workarounds that keep the sound.

• Swap or delete msvcp140.dll and vcruntime140.dll
• Run the game on only one CPU core

Hey All, Like most of you I too have experienced the lag that has at times rendered the game unplayable as well has having more crashes to desktop in the last month than I have over my entire history playing the game.
