On the first Primal for reaching lvl 70, can we please have it so it rolls with only stats on the current toon that achieved it? After that then full RNG. It really sucks to be running a DH and getting a belt with a Crusader affix.

On the plus side, if you get a primal Enchantress Focus, it always comes with Intelligence! So there is that!
