Well guess I just lost my DC Death virginity, years of playing and I never had a DC death, my luck was bound to run out eventually.
Not sure what happened, bnet just went down as well as discord, everything else was up and working fine.
The funny part? I was just about to click a Shield Pylon in my GR, literally 5 feet away from it.

I cannot say that and very few can. 
Four seasons ago I had at least three D/C 1016 rips when so many were running the Condemn Sader build.
It was pretty bad, but many other HC friends D/Cād as well including most of the streamers I watch.
With WoW Classic and the possibility of some D3 servers moving to WoW Classic being very real i would expect more D/C lately.
