I am a little confused. I am looking at getting back into console and starting with the Firebirds set. I only have 2000 damage on the 6 piece and not 5000 damage like my PC set. Is this right??? Why is the console version nerfed and the PC version isn’t?

There is a bug on console that if you “rebirth” a non seasonal character into a new seasonal character, it does the %2000. You have to create a whole new wizard to see the %5000. Be sure the game has gotten all the updates as well.
