Game crashes in chapter 4, finding Diablo mission. When i’m running upstairs error ce-34878-0 appears.
I’m playing offline on PS4.

I have the same issue in iv act. Always after entering the Gardens of Hope. Also playing offline

Me to, and now i lost all my data😔
I tried reinstalling the game, but the issue still occurs. Can someone help us?
It’s bugged on the PC version… and perhaps the Consoles as well.
There’s something wrong that occurs when trying to start a game in Act IV… one workaround is to start with Act III Kill Asmodan quest, kill him, proceed to act IV and run through the entire act without stopping and then go to Act V. If you stop in Act IV, you may not be able to resume the game… and will need to go back to Act III.

I have the same problem and also tried to initialize my ps 4 and now one of my char is lost.
Is there already an update planned by blizzard?
