Well, 27 hours before NA challenge rift week 2, I was able to sacrifice challenge rift cache to the Altar. Assuming I play a lot today and tomorrow, I suppose it was worth saving it.
And yes I had fun these past couple days

Congrats.
Now go to your profile and see how many hours you’ve played. Also, add about 2-3 hours to that to take into consideration loading times, time on the menu screens, etc., which aren’t part of your “hours played”.
This is helpful to give you a reference for future seasons to understand if you want to save or use the cache.

Glad i saved my cache. I had almost 2 days of double primals

I’m stuck on the last node on the altar. Been trying to get the last 165 ashes since Sunday morning and can’t buy a primal. I’ve been farming 100 - 130 GRs and nothing has fallen. I guess RNG is paying me back for all the drops I got last season.

I say farm Visions by aiming at the high density spawns. And The Ancient Vault is not a bad choice with some gold find equipment while you are at it.

I got mine pretty quickly. Had to salvage a couple green armors but im playing LOD mostly anyways. I have 2 primal COEs still, lol.

WTF, last season, P4850, I didn’t get one Primal CoE whatsoever…

I got one just farming visions then the other in a 125 aug run which is absolutely horrible on necro because cc doesnt work inside. think i earned that last one which also gave me the 50% DR belt.
Oh I didn’t know that… Got a 125 whisper with Masquerade bone spear. Didn´t wanna use a Death Nova build for nightmares because it’s better to use a build that can attack from a distance and cover a larger area.
For the augmented weapon for the Altar I didn’t wanna waste a whisper. So I leveled up a legendary gem to 30 with 6 empowered GRs. Have the staff (or the stuff for the staff) and just need to run some 110s for the 1500 blood shards… and then find two primals for the Mother 
Another funny thing: when I got Vesalius in a run with Masquerade the Bone Spears from my hero and the simulacrums didn’t seem to hit “him”… so I had to run up close at hit with a primary attack- It happened so fast that i don’t know if it’s a general problem?
yeah its brutal. even subbing out kysbin with a different dps ring and its just awful. im going to make a crusder or something to lvl up keys for me.
