The Diablo III account Rollback service is not working. When requesting a rollback and receiving a confirmation page stating “Success! Your account rollback to the ** rollback point is complete…” the rollback never actually happens. After feedback from GM Nhelteriox, I have waited 24 hours and the rollback still has not gone through so I am reporting it as a bug with the rollback system.
