@zuvykree i am also having the same issue as GhostDragon. i did do the reset game settings but it still does not launch, tried re downloading the battle net launcher and diablo 3 game. i have no idea what is going on

Looks like the Razer Chroma SDK is crashing the game… see this note here:

Try the beta Synapse-3 and see if it works out for you… if not, you will need to uninstall the Razer Chroma SDK Core Components using Windows 10/Settings.
