Our clan (EU Servers) is not avaiable since three days, are there any known issues?

There are some EU clans having issues at this time… see :
The post on the French forum is the only one that has received an answer from Blizzard… they are looking into it and are hoping that Wednesday morning maintenance will solve it. If it doesn’t, you should contact Support and let them know.
Since there are no menu items for reporting clan issues, I suggest you use the following link which is for requesting assistance for a crash :

Not sure if you need to provide the requested DxDiag.txt and/or MsInfo.txt files… I suppose that you could submit the ticket with dummy text files (you cannot submit a ticket unless you provide the 2 text files) and see what they say. Concentrate on the “Description” box… you will want to put all available details there… region, clan name, when did the issue start, who is affected (all/some/only a few), etc…
