Hello Blizzard.
I recently aquired an ethereal weapon on the ptr which had the effect of the bloodtide blade 2handed scythe. however the effect was only 75-100% compared to the live version of up to 400% bonus damage per enemy within 25y. as far as I remember that was the old effect. is this intended as this is a one-handed weapon or is this a mistake?
