I am playing the current Diablo 3 season for PS4 and when I try to play with my friends and I can’t connect in their sessions at all, and not just me, they can’t connect in my session either.
Would it be some configuration error? Is there any solution to this problem?

This forum is for reporting game bugs on a PC on the Live server.
You could try moving this thread to the Console Bug Report Forum.
However, this sounds like a technical issue. So, the Technical Support Forum might be a better choice.
Note: Blizzard does not support consoles and may refer you to the console manufacturer.
