When i play diablo 3, its fine up until i face the skeleton king then it says ‘ thank you for playing the trial version please upgrade to continue’. When i then try to upgrade i got ‘error code 30016’. The thing is as far as i was aware i had the full version of this game when i purchased it and downloaded it from the website
Hey, Ariannwen! This is currently a known issue and we’re tracking reports on this thread.
One workaround that another player mentioned is to try 32-bit mode:
- On the Blizzard Application, go to Diablo III.
- Click on Option , then go to Game Settings.
- Scroll down to Diablo III and check “Launch 32-bit client”
- Retest Diablo III.
