Having issues with enemies that just wont die from torment 7 onward.
The issue I’m having is the bug seems to be permanent now and not just a random one off event.
My Zodiac WW Barb could do Torment 16 with a little difficulty but now I cant do a Rift Torment 6 ~ 7 without experiencing difficulty that might be the equivalent of a
LvL 80 ~ 85 ~ 90 Greater Rift which is ridiculous.
I cant do a LvL 70 ~ 75 Greater Rift and I doubt I can do a Greater Rift 60 but possibly a Greater Rift 50.
Not sure but is the testing for new patch possibly causing this bug.
Not a bug. User error.
Check your gear, especially your shoulder.
