seems some of the sets are un balanced and has been giver higher buffs
Endless Walk and Bastions of Will are both fine as they are. The former gives up to 100% damage and 50% mitigation (depending on whether you are moving or not) which are very good buffs. The latter gives 125% damage buff to everything. All these buffs are multiplicative. They treat everything equally.
Buffing them further will not change a thing. It wouldn’t bring any additional build diversity or anything else. It would only add power creep.
