Challenge Rift Cache Not Delivering – Ongoing Issue
I’ve completed Challenge Rift 424 and six others before it, all with leaderboard-confirmed times. Despite this, the cache never appears—no claim button, no inventory delivery. I’ve tried restarting, switching characters, clearing inventory, and re-running the rift. Nothing works.
This has happened seven times, and I’ve received no resolution. I’m unable to submit a ticket directly for this issue, so I’m posting here in hopes of escalation.
Please investigate and restore the missing caches or provide a fix. I can attach screenshots and can provide time stamps if needed.
