Echoing Nightmare spawn issue

Spiderling stuck in pylon slowed the monster spawn rate to a crawl.

From the very start of the run, I experienced super slow spawn rates on the mobs. I thought it was lag at first, but my firing rate didn’t stutter or halt. Each group of spawns took roughly 5 seconds to pop.

It was very easy to kill stuff this way. So I kept killing the waves as they appeared and by the time I got to 100, I knew this wasn’t normal.

I looked around and spotted a spiderling stuck in the top left pylon. When I killed it, all hell broke loose and the spawn rate went back to normal, meaning very fast. Had I not killed it, I think I could have easily just dispatched group after group for as long as I could stay alive. As it is, I cleared 171 without much of an effort.

Quite literally, a bug.
