Did some bounties last night and i only got 1 Horadric Cache per act, from Tyrael. Playing Adventure Mode T16. The double cache thing only applies to seasonal chars?

Yes Double Bounties are ONLY for SEASON.

Well, to be fair, it doesn’t specifically say that it is only for seasonal characters. But the inference is there nonetheless, even if worded somewhat ambiguously.
