Do I have enough attack speed for Zodiac Rend? + Other suggestions you might have

I know I need to be at two attacks per second to maximize my Zodiac Rend Build. Problem is- I don’t know if I’m there.

Can anyone tell me where I’m at? (With Ragnar in my profile).

Also, if you have other suggestions for my gear please let me know.

Don’t worry about attack speed. If you’re dual-wielding, you’re there.
