Was doing a GR19 on my new seasonal wizard, died a few minutes in and any options to respawn did not come up. The timer kept going and all I could do was exit game and waste the GR key. Asked in one of my communities and another person said they had the same experience.
Yeah… I got it too once… nothing to do except restart game
