Been nearly a month and I still have not fully received my D2R pre-order bonus for Diablo 3.
I only received the barbarian armor set and the achievement, but the Berserker’s Axe is not
showing up in transmog section for my axe. I just want my axe I paid for.
Where did you look ? Transmogs usually work only for some item types, not all.
Did you look under
- Axes : 1-hand or 2-hands
- Maces : 1-hand or 2-hands
- Mighty weapons : 1-hand or 2-hands
If you really can’t find it… contact Blizzard directly. Use this link and click on the Contact Us button. You may get the choice between a web ticket or a chat session (Live chat is available atm – not sure what the hours of operation are).

Thank You Boubou for the link, I was able to contact live chat using your link and they helped me get the missing axe.
