I think you should move this over to Technical Support forum.
They can read the error report, we can’t and QA Bug Team does not answer here.
Your problem is not a Game Bug, it is a Tech issue.

Moving Threads
- Click the pencil icon next to the title of your thread.
- Click the “Category” field to bring up a list of Forums.
- Find the proper Forum and select it.
- Save your edit.
This will move your thread to the selected Forum, including all replies.

@yessquire: Actually… we cannot. As you may or may not have noticed, the Blizzard Forum Support agents no longer post in Technical Support; they last posted on 23 Jan 2024… the day before 1900 staff were fired from Blizzard-Activision.
@Cactusg : that number is not useful if you want help on the forums; you will need to provide a DxDiag report.
Alternatively, you can submit a ticket and put that number in the “Error Text” box… assuming Game Masters are still helping with Diablo III technical issues. There hasn’t been any announcements as far as I am aware… but there have been a few cases where players were sent back to the forums by Game Masters for assistance. Luckily, @Nicole does visit and can often help if you provide the DxDiag report.
I’m not sure if this is the same issue you’re experiencing. But, you might want to look it over to see if it helps.
