This past weekend there was an issue where S33 was accidently ended early. Bliz reinstated the season a couple days later but it came with a bunch of side effects for many people.
All your stuff has been sent to your non-seasonal mail box. However, there isn’t a way to get it back to your seasonal character.
S33 only has nine days left. So S34 will be starting up soon.
