Diablo III PTR 2.7.4 - Has Concluded

A complete rework with an interesting power would be cool. It’s just not realistic. Only a two week PTR. So I’m only expecting number tweaks.

Which is a shame because I really wish they’d flesh Akkhan out some more as well. But I doubt we’ll get that or a Guardian set rework.

exactly right? still rip atm

Yupp i’ll be spaming to buffi those multipliers in the PTR feedback section.

EN exp changes were expected but still… :frowning:

Wizard’s Delsere set changes really sound a lot of cooler. Hope the practical aspect will live up to the claim.

Tal Rasha gameplay core seem pretty “same” to me though despite of the changes. It is still a “meteor” set that doesn’t need a manual “meteor” skill in the skill bar. :frowning:

As for the seasonal theme, you won’t be able to keep those “perfect” ancient items to NS? It will disappear like Ethereal weapons? Asking this for confirmation as i feared i might misinterpreted its meaning from the S27 blog.

As for the general update and QoL.

It was nice to remove the difficulty and adventure mode restriction. Now you won’t have to see a new player created a thread like “why is D3 Hard - Expert difficulty is so ezzzz?” anymore in the future. :+1:

The uber timer is nice but i wish that they could at least put some effort to make uber into another proper endgame like EN.

EN exp nerf is ok, if they buff PS drop rate from ~5% to atleast ~50%.

LOL at this nerfing philosophy. I just came back to play this game and now just got the inna build efficient and then nerds at the office decided to take the fun out. And they’ve been doing this for years. you play and spend time to make a class work and they reward you by making it unplayable. Taking out playable options for casuals.

All you devs can go F yourself with multiple cactus up you B hole. Ya, that’s how much I love your power tripping attitude. Makes me wonder why you all don’t work in the gov’t since you like to strap the boot for curb stomping.

It saddens me that nobody gets these references.

That’s because Primus sucks.

That’s how I’m reading it. Season only items.

Angelic Crucibles and Sanctified Items can only be acquired in Seasonal play and will not transfer to your non-seasonal character when the season ends.

Exactly the opposite. Drop rate of petrified can be further nerfed. To compensate, loot drops should be MUCH higher or usable items should only drop from those chests in EN. Similar concept to oreks dream in GR but as in item loot.

We needed a new activity, we got one, that is nearly imposible to enter. Than what’s the point in keeping it?

Quality over quantity. Its way better to get a quadfecta primal thats usable to your build in 1 run than 1000 runs worth of useless mats. Also there is no game play in EN, the more you play, the more brain dead you become

It’s for easyer augmentation. To push higher, to get more chances of geting that Primal item. It’s a steping stone, not the ultimate activity.

I hope the drop rate of Angelic Crucibles and Sanctified Items are better than EN’s petrified screams

Kids these days are smart. I know a 9 yr old kiddo that do her live stream gaming herself and kick my S 1v1 on fortnite.

So much I want to test this PTR, probably the first time ever that I want to try out all the classes, will be 2 weeks of fun for sure before launch

You will probably sanctify the weapon to get it to primal stats, but this will put dual wield builds at a disadvantage.

Lol and what happens to sanctified items at the end of the season?

Guess what? They go bye-bye.

Thought so. Another worthless-waste-of-time season. The Tal Rasha changes are even more laughable considering the ruination of Etched Sigil.
