- Would you happen to have Razer on the system or have had Razer? White/Grey flash before it crashes is often caused by Razer Chroma. Please try the steps on this post.
- Reset the in-game settings and the driver settings.
- Under Documents, go to Diablo III and delete the D3Prefs.txt file.
- Delete Cache & Tools
