NOTE: This happens only for some accounts including me.
I am experiencing code 395000 error in Diablo 3, only for Asia server.
I can access to America / Europe server, but I cannot access to the Asia server.
I have skimmed over the forum. It says that we can resolve this code 395000. However, it does nothing.
Anyway, it is impossible to log-in to the game with this account, through a playable computer environment, while that computer enables other accounts to play.
When can fixed it?
I’ve got the same issue. Trying to log into Asia and I get 395000.
Every other region works.
Following the steps to fix this issue does nothing.

I Can access NA/EU server, but only ASIA server cannot.

China has its own server, and from what I understand, the game is a different version from the other 3 servers and is run by an entity in China.
The Asia server is not the same as the China Server.
I have been playing the Asia server yesterday and today, and have not had any issues other than when the server crashed for about 2 hrs on Friday. They might be related…

I tried it just now… no problem launching a game on Asia. The latency is about 250 ms, but that’s usual for me (Eastern Canada).

i didnt try other but only Asia server, other server average was 300-500ms and Asia server was 100ms+++
Whenever i leave the game and join a new game, it would appear 3 symptoms;
