Ah I see.
Then why ya humping my leg?
If my concern is for the less fortunate, and that is my reasoning for knocking on the TCP, nothing is going to change my mind.
You have to be a closet pootlooter, have to be.
If they added mouse and keyboard it wouldn’t effect console multiplayer anyway. The multiplayer they have set up is garbage you’re either going to play single player or with friends online, playing with randoms is garbage.
You can’t communicate unless you invite them to a private chat and you can’t make lobbies you have to go through some weird premade game system.
Their might as well be no multiplayer at all. Anyone who plays on console is at a disadvantage because already because the broke the online lobbies.
Best way to do it is cap casting distance to what a standard resolution would be, so the ultras can still see farther but can’t reach because they decided to go big.
Yeah, now, that doesn’t make it fair. Normally voice chat is the go to for console. Like I said though, Diablo II R is still running under the old game. The old game, didn’t have voice chat integrated within the old game.
Just keyboard support is a valid request since voice may not be implemented But again, Diablo II was designed around a PC, because of that, not everything is going to transition to console 100%. Even with today’s current tech. Not even next gen overtakes a current high end PC.
You can still see the edges and get namelocks. Casting distance was never capped at your screen, you can cast various spells to up to 3 screens away by holding onto a namelock.
Would it be possible to hear about the state of the Switch version of D2R? Currently there’s no price or pre-order info on the Nintendo website. Accessing the eshop on the console doesn’t bring up any results at all for D2R.
Then they might have to pervent name locking after a point or cap it to 1 screen and then that’s it… unless the spell tracks the target like guiding arrow or bone spirit. then they would have capped duration that they could follow.
well dang if that isn’t funny, saying your concern is for the less fortunate and then in the next sentence using a feature that would allow a marginalized community of differently abled people to be able to play in an equitable and optional game mode as a slur…
i think it’s clear you only want tcp/ip so you can get mods for you not for any “less fortunate” people.
proof it’s about you and not other “less fortunate” people
It would have to be some kind of terribly clumsy system for you to be able to see the edges and move your cursor, but not be able to click on it. Might as well just have the black bars on the side shrink to 16:9 when hostile
Holy Grail should be done by Identify. That way an item can only unlock progress once per account. Plus it will prevent people scamming by “temporary” trading items for holy grail progress.
It didn’t work in the beta because you cannot open the chat box at all on console, otherwise you would be able to do /players and see an error message about being online
What I really wanted was a catalogue that you could flip through weaponry/armoury and you can actually see what you’ve found inside the catalogue and what you haven’t found being dark/shadowed out
