Because I don’t see the point of the Set-Item in D4 because obviously it won’t be super strong like D3 did and rare+ will be the BiS for most of the slot.
And I am perfectly fine if there is no set-item at all if they are going to make it a joke item or just being there in D4. At least it will reduce the item pool so we won’t get things like " Blackthorne-tier" when hunting in D4.
