Why isn’t D3 getting any love? (According to Rykker)

It’s a bit confusing.
I haven’t seen Rykker’s vid, but we have two Bliz news articles that don’t mention D3. Yet there is the video where Matt Cedarquist claims “all titles” will receive updates.
It comes down to what he means by all titles. Literally all, as in D1 and D3 included? Or just all active titles, as in D2R, DI and D4?

It is really confusing with what happened with the permanent Altar. As I have learned the last decade, take what they say with a grain of salt and see what they do.
If I’m had to guess… D2 is just getting a switch 2 upgrade patch. Th games getting attention are the current “active” games. D3 is in maintenance mode until enough time passes and they decide to make D3R.
Hope as part of the anniversary celebration, they bring at least the quality of life improvement aspects (auto-salvage, auto-pick up) of the altar to non-season.
