So have the dev's or blizz team done anything yet?

another rip thanks to the game crashing at random times, running ryzen 3900x, 2080 super, 64GB ram, blah blah my pc is over performance req. latest drivers, sound bug fix, updates, tech sup and all. still randomly at any point my game will either CTD, freeze and not respond or just disconnect when my net in stable and even have a UPS on the modem. ran cmd prompts to check my internet to log any ping fails or disconnects. my question is more related to either the devs or blizz team, will yo…
