In Diablo 3, Grim Scythe skill doesn’t do any damage whatsoever, using the Masquerade Bone Spear Build. Doesn’t do any damage at all on anything. Please check this skill. Thank you
if u a using Masquerade Bone Spear Build, i think it is normal for grim scyte to do so little dmg, since masquearde multiply bone spear skill damage not grim scyte, if u want for grim scyte to do damage try lod grim scyte build or inarius build

Did you read what the set bonus is, and what the bonus of your equipped legendarys is?
