DH new set bug report with hypothesis and suggestions

I think the 2 bugs below should be the highest priority. As soon as they get fixed, the new set will be no worse than the UE primary build

  1. When alternating strafe and primary skill, the primary skill can not consistently gain stack.

Hypothesis:

  1. When equip Ninth Cirri Satchel, the triggered Hungering Arrow doesn’t pierce.

What if we do this?
2PC : Remove the "Hit Enemy" constrain, stack the momentum at the moment of shooting. And increased the 10% per second to 50% per second.

4PC: Instead of shooting 4 shots per strafe, only shoot 1 shot. And that 1 shot fully benefit from Ninth Cirri.

At this point, the new set is, at least, comparable to the UE hungering arrow build.

The other 2 bugs ( or problems) are less impacted, if they can not fix in this season. I can accept
it.

  1. When alternating between primary skills, all the stacks are back to 0. Based on the patch notes, the momentum stack is supposed to be a buff for all the primary skill, instead of only the skill you used last.
  2. The triggered primary skill have no area damage. Not sure if this is a legit bug, but it’s definitely good to have area damage.
