Demon Hunter "Calamity" + "Strafe" + Resource recovery doesnt work

Ok so I play strafe demon hunter and something accured to me the weapon “Calamity” automatically casts "Mark of Death on hit enemys
using the rune “Mortal Enemy” says it recovers 4 hatred whenever you hit an enemy

however while using strafe you see the marks trigger but nothing is recovering. and the buff for the mark doesn’t stay active

strafes runes are improper to element function and are completely backwards to the default function of the class in general.

  • drifting shadow increases speed but strafe functions as lightning – (Problem)
    (FIRE) is the focus of this class, while all other runes don’t change the affiliation for strafe with the exception of this perk, yet fire is the only liable choice

Demon hunters have no support for Lightning with the exception of wryward and convention of elements – neither offer any consistency
both of which require you to sacrifice 1 of your 3 slots. leading to a massive subject on how to buff strafe

** Fix calamity so the 4 hatred regeneration for each enemy hit actually works. while using strafe this is the main workaround for maintaining resource costs
** consider fixing strafe element affiliation to fire from the shadow perk
