For some reason, I do not have the availability this season to equip the weapon cosmetics and helmets granted by the deluxe edition, I only have the mascot and the extra spaces this season.
Did you check that you didn’t have a mail in the bottom left corner? That’s normally where we collect the plans (?) to bring to Myriam.
I don’t have a screenshot handy, but I think some people will.

I’ve only been playing on the Americas Region this Season. So, I thought I’d switch to the Europe Region, Rebirth my main Demon Hunter and grab screenshots of the Plans.
However, when I entered the game, I had no mail and therefore no Plans like I normally do. (I did collect them when I started my Season 34 Demon Hunter on the Americas Region though).
I then quit the game and checked out my Asia Region. Same thing, no Plans.
So, maybe something is bugged. When I used to play on all 3 Regions, I would receive those Plans through my in-game mail on each of the 3 Regions.

Considering season theme and altar have ended on consoles (but not the season itself); could be that those transmogs are on the same “timer”? And that’s the reason they don’t show up.

Well… I created a seasonal character in Asia and America to test… And nothing.
However, I got the transmogs at the start of the season in Europe (the region where I normally play).

It didn’t even show up, I swear to you. I bought it the season before last. It continues in normal mode, but the season doesn’t work

I have the same problem
I’m on the same boat as well.
Every previous season I have received the Deluxe edition cosmetics (weapons and helmets), but this current season 35 I received nothing.
Yes, I did check the “mail” on the bottom left corner ingame.
No, there was nothing there. No purple “plans”/books this time for me.
Any solution to this? I have already tried creating a new character, resetting the app, reseting password, and then tried ingame again. No luck.
Is there any fix to this?

I have the same problem. I hope with today’s update it will be solved. 
Putting my 2c in here too, as of the start of season 36 they are not appearing still.

same here, season 36, and still not receiving…we payed for deluxe add items and they somply took from us haha
I opened a ticket yesterday and got the answer today…apparently the items were intentionally removed, so whoever paid for the content can only accept that they paid and now they lost it for no reason…it’s the new Blizzard showing its face hahaha
TBH, that sounds a little suspect.
Is it still available in non-season?
I don’t see anywhere I can reply with a screenshot I just took of my non-seasonal DH looking at the RoS Deluxe transmogs.
But yeah, they are still available in non-season. So frustrating they just stopped giving us those precious purple books each season start as they used to.

If your just speaking in general, I agree.
If you’re referring to the claim by Antoniablitz above me, D3 has been retired from development for almost two years. Therefore, making an intentional developmental change to remove specific xmogs from season only is very unlikely.
There’s a much greater chance it’s a bug. And unfortunately it’s not game breaking so it probably has a low fixing priority.

And no, I wasn’t referring to or talking about anyone else’s comment before me in that regard specifically.
Hopefully it gets fixed if it is a bug. It’s boring and sad not having those deluxe transmogs that I was so used to right after a season started.
I don’t play on non-season since a very long time.
