Dead under Shield Pylon in Grift

Hello.
First, sorry for my bad english.

Now, for the third time, it happened, that i died with activated shield pylon in a greater rift.

I was able the first time to make a screenshot.
On the picture you can see the activated shield pylon and the cheat death skill from the templar at the same time.

The shield pylon time is half over, and the cheat death from the templar hat just procced.

Please fix this.
Anybody had this issue?

Yes, it’s already been reported on the PTR Bug Report forum…

Me too. Also the molten explosion, I was playing a solo seasonal necro and paying close attention to the pylon effect timer twice.
