On Switch, it only happens when kill elites too quickly, they will follow me around dead, but they still do damage. Super annoying when you kill the Rift Boss because you cant upgrade any gems. They will not follow you pass an entrance to a new zone in the rift but they hang out on the previous zone where they died.
