I was hoping to see some general game mechanic changes that influence everyone. Improved loothunt, another viable endgame model without getting funneled to GRs. Yet, I guess I shouldn’t expect more than class based “cast X skill to trigger Y for 10000% damage”. That’s not really a “game mechanic” to speak of, but a “class mechanic”.
I still think that wasn’t the main argument behind the Barb nerf, at least between development team. Either they underestimated the interest and wanted to curbstomp it (which again don’t make sense to nerf Rend) or they don’t wanna go through another low-effort maintenance class spec like Vyr-Chantodo which they nerfed after two seasons or so only.
And yes, they couldn’t even wait one darn season to nerf Barbs. I think they assume any further buffs would disrupt their zdps role or whatever. They still have skills that they haven’t addressed yet they take the laziest shortcut by doing something they evaded for years.
Would 'sader get nerfed? Quite possible. If they ain’t get a nerf then next revealed Barbarian Set better be a good one.
I love that this guy is so confident that Blizzard does nothing for cheating that he uses a macro on stream to upgrade rares.

A third of his gear isn’t even ancient, so without augments, and the affixes aren’t optimised. That’s a solo GR145 on day 1 of the patch. As he gets more ancients, applies some rank 150 Caldesann’s to it, he’ll undoubtedly push higher.
Do you remember saying something about “balance”? Remember how you told us about Wizards being nerfed from 148 to 141, Necromancers from 147 to 140? Something about Barbs being OP if they did a GR140 on PTR because they might get higher on live? So, what now? We have a Crusader capable of GR145 on day 1. Want to take a bet about how many days it takes him to get to GR150 solo?
The end result is that Crusader is the new Wizard, and Barb is still the poor sod stuck at the bottom of the pile.

Selectively and artificially forcing some classes and not others to clear lower is bias. Has nothing to do with “balance” or “data”.

Haha, at this point they have to Nerf Sader and give 200% Lamentation back to barbs. Just cut the 2 piece Waste from 500% to 400%, and the balance should be good.
He probably did it on purpose to nerf Saders too
What about if they reverse the 2 pieces . If you hit with heaven fury the damage of fist of the heavens will be 300% more. This way the set will be around FotH again

Bullcrap! , this to much and the set is being used for something it was not originally themed around… named FotH. Niw FotH is the filler to buff heavens fury. It should be the other way around and that woukd still be powerfull

Paragon 4200 guy killing any RG under 2Min in 4 man 150 group. That is like 15 GRs stronger that DH if not more.
