MissCheetah Monk Solo has now done 145 in China and Sader has done 145 in EU. In a matter of hours. This is without the Season power active. These two builds will be doing 150 solo in season no problem with the kill streak powers.
So… is game design so difficult? That they had to nerf Barb because a 140 seemed too scary? Come on.
You’re smart enough to see the huge discrepancies here. It’s math.
Time to face the music, my friend. These people don’t know what they are doing.
He’s currently ahead of the progress bar… solo… on a 150… with sub optimal gear, bad mobs, and no pylon…

I am at GR140 solo myself @ 4300 paragon with some room to go, i calculated this build to be the one to clear GR150 on the crusader forum. We could extrapolate the damage based on LoD HF clears already being in the 127-130 range.
That 6pc should be 6000% and the 2pc multiplier should buff FotH and HF for 300%, Darklight should be at 1200%. That was the recommendation.
Very shocked this went through. I suspect a swift correction this week and era reset. =/

dmkt, what augments - if any - did you have on your 140 clear?
the only thing that was over the top in the OP was that ww/rend is stuck to 135. it’s even lower than that.

How can this PTR method be effective and trustworthy if it clearly has problems with balance? It can’t handle Sader or Monk balance going haywire but they have to nerf Rend WW?
Either devs can’t math or they hate Barbs.
How is it possibke that they “overshoot” with Barbs when they do a 140 and it gets instantly nerfed but Sader doing 150 is ok? And Monk now did 147 in China. That’s ok too?

I assume this was last era and using LoD WoL. The new monk set is no where near that strong.

Not a clue, and I’m a sader main. I don’t think monk/sader should be nerfed just yet but it’s a slap in the face to would be WoTW players, including me. I was really looking forward to some spin to win again.
Yeah, they slipped that in the patch notes released earlier. Easy to miss.

Blizzard will nerf this too dont worry. They cant let another class to be good. Only their lovely wizards and necros can be good. They cant handle this.
I think Crusader will definitely have to be nerfed. It’s definitely capable of a 150. If WhirlRend was too powerful at the ~142-143 range, then I don’t see how Aegis of Valor can remain at 150.
It’s a shame because it looked like a lot of fun. I was going to run with it. Depending what they do, I might just not play this Patch now.
