[D4] suggested new MF system and gear evolution system

I suggest a new MF system and a gear evolution system to fix this.

1. new MF system: amulet
   Amulet is a new sort of item with purely MF affixes. It’s not traditional MF, but a more specified version, like:

• chance to find two-handed sword +50%
• chance to find item with critical chance enhancement +70%
• chance to find dagger with fire damage enhancement +150%

No thx. Stacking MF is boring and kills variety. I rly disliked it in d2 and wouldnt want to see it in d4.
