I just saw a topic created about the legendary drop rate. How its impossibly too high and the fact that you can find “bad legendaries” shouldn’t even be a thing so i wont go into that.
But for me what killed diablo 3 longevity of fun 10 times faster than diablo 2 was the inability to trade for other items you needed. I don’t personally use video games to make money, but why remove trading and ruin it for the rest of us? Farming knowing you could find other rare items to trade for the one you needed made it infinitely more fun.
YES lower legendary drop rate by about 1000. BUT ALSO BRING BACK TRADING!! farming is infinitely more fun and rewarding when you find high class items that you can’t use, but you can trade for the items you want. Without that feeling and ability, 99% of items found in farming are literally useless. This also destroyed any reason to interact with other players.
without trading and pvp there was no community to form. D3 became like just another shallow playstation game that you played for 2 months and never played again.
