Yes it is true matte if i was in charge i would implement them with no doubts (it is no-brainer), if u compare d3 vs d2, only graphics beat d2, so imo all 4 points would make an huge upgrade regarding to d3. The game development is in progress, and forums are a source for new ideas and improvements so this is my contribute.
