[D3 NS ver] All event box are gone and no box drop

I played D3 in Nintendo Switch and got my event box loot and open them, everything worked well in the last few days;
but today after I restart the game, all the gift box at my storage box are GONE :’(
and seems theres no more box drop anymore, I tried to farm few run to test at 120 GreatRift and ancient puzzle ring stage, isnt the event should end at feb according to the event post?
I want them back or just drop again :frowning: … please help

[Update ：seems the gift box drops again or i was trying not hard enough, just got one at 120GR rigth now; but those inside my storagebox a still missing :’(

You should move this thread to the Console Bug Report Forum.
