once again game crashed as starting a new bounty….it keeps crashing and sometimes with a code that has a bunch of zeros then 76C1B702
Me and many other player cant log into the game, stuck at retrieving hero list on EU servers. US and Asia server works for me personally. On Eu game crashes. 2 days before i had the same problem, but it got solved as the servers were restarted from blizzard. Now i have it almost since 24 hours. Please blizzard do something about it.

I’m located on the East side of Canada, and can launch a game on the EU region. I don’t think the issue is coming from Blizzard… otherwise, I would have the same issue as you.
Could be something in the numerous relay / servers between your PC and Blizzard’s ISP; have you tried using a VPN, changing DNS, or using a hotspot from your phone to see if the problem is resolved ?
